Why we want to show the customer about value packs and Carerr Packs

·         Value pack – 100pp, Career pack 140pp vs. 35pp order

Value pack - $20 introductory commission & $30 the purchase of vp – total added to check for every value pack purchased by your personals $50
Career pack - $30 introductory commission and $50 for the purchase of cp – total added to check for every career pack $80
2 examples:
Enroll 10 customers with value packs and achieve Director 2 – (1000 in organization volume and a minimum of 10 enrollments)
Or
Enroll 29 customers all purchasing 35pp minimums (29 X 35 = 1015 org volume)

Quality Customer Bonus – You are paid $25 for every enrollment after your first each month as long as paperwork and order is finalize and in for the month. You do not get this bonus if a customer gets a back up order

Examples
10 new customers all purchasing VP - $500 (10 x $50)
9 X $25 (Quality Customer Bonus) - $225
Total check - $725

10 new customers all purchasing cp - $800 (10 X $80)
9 X $25 (Quality Customer Bonus) - $225
Total Check - $1025

10 customers all purchasing 35 pp orders
Commission – $7-$15 per order - $70-$150
9 X $25 (Quality Customer Bonus) - $225
Total Check - $300-400

Let me show you how Category 2/3’s get started or Let me show you the most cost effective and best way to convert over the Melaleuca.

Share the benefits with them and answer questions. Then ask them which pack would they like to get started with VP/CP  or if cat 2/3 then Pacesetter vp/cp – Don’t say anything else and let them tell you or ask any questions that they have.
